QA/QC Introduction

Our goal is to meet customer's requirements, and reduce the waste. Our duties are as follows:
1) IQC: Check up the material, keep back the eligible material.
2) IPQC: Check in the production whether to satisfy customer or not by perambulating in the production line, refuse to accept inferior goods.
3) FQC: Check up the lamps entirely which will be packaged. Don't let the flaw products come into the finished warehouse.
4) Check up the finished lamps on the stand of customers, and make sure all the finished products meet the customer's quality requirements.
5) Er-sales services: compensate to the reason of customer's order, and clear up the customer's comments
